The crease strip is prone to dragging marks. Can the SPEED ejection rubber make the crease lines of the color box clear and free of burrs?

When the creasing strip is pressed down, if the spring pad of the SPEED ejection rubber does not rebound sufficiently, the paper will be trapped in the creasing groove and be difficult to stand up, resulting in drag marks.

The closed-cell structure of the SPEED ejection rubber  enables the rebound force to be concentrated and stable. The paper immediately detains from the creasing strip after the creasing is completed, with clear creases and no burrs.

As the thickness of the SPEED ejection rubber is uniform and the indentation depth is locked, the folding Angle of the entire batch of color boxes remains consistent. Subsequently, the box gluing robot can precisely grasp them without alarming or stopping due to deviation of the folding line.
