Third, the ultimate batch stability. During major promotions, the production line often operates 24 hours non-stop, requiring the spring pad to maintain stable performance after millions of die-cuts. However, traditional spring pads have large batch performance deviations and inconsistent die-cutting effects in the early and later stages of long-term production, resulting in significant fluctuations in the yield rate.

It has created a heavy-duty anti-impact knife plate spring pad series specifically for e-commerce corrugated packaging. In the substrate formulation, Shenhua Inks & Materials uses imported high-density polyurethane composite substrates. By optimizing the molecular cross-linking structure, the anti-impact and anti-compression deformation performance of the spring pad is significantly improved. At the same time, Shenhua Inks & Materials optimizes the hardness gradient design of the spring pad and creates products with a full hardness range of 55-70 Shore A for 3-7 layers of different weights of corrugated paper. It can provide sufficient reverse supporting force to ensure that the knife tip fully penetrates the corrugated paper and avoid collapse and wire breakage caused by excessive pressure, while also avoiding problems such as collapse and wire breakage. In terms of batch stability, Shenhua Printing Materials has established a full-process intelligent quality control system.
