The high-speed and refined development of the label soft packaging industry has put forward extremely strict requirements for knife plate spring pads beyond traditional flat-to-flat die-cutting. The performance shortcomings of traditional knife plate spring pads have always been the core bottleneck restricting the improvement of production efficiency in the industry. Firstly, the rebound response is insufficient under ultra-high-speed conditions. Traditional spring pads have a slow rebound speed and cannot achieve instantaneous rebound reset at speeds over 300 meters per minute, resulting in labels not being able to be released from the die promptly, causing sticking, overflow glue, surface material tearing, and even cutting through the base paper, leading to scrap rates remaining high; secondly, the wear resistance is insufficient. In long-format and large-volume label production, traditional spring pads have rapid wear at the blade edge and compression permanent deformation, resulting in inconsistent die-cutting depths in the early and later stages, requiring frequent machine stops to replace the spring pad, which seriously affects production line availability, especially during the concentrated delivery period of fast-moving consumer brand orders, frequent machine stops directly lead to order delays; thirdly, the anti-sticking performance is lacking. In label die-cutting and laminated soft packaging, the adhesive and hot melt glue are easily adhered to the surface of traditional spring pads, causing glue layer accumulation, which not only leads to sticking, overflow glue, and label tearing, but also requires frequent machine stops for cleaning, significantly reducing production efficiency; fourthly, the consistency of width is poor. In wide-format rotary die-cut production lines, traditional spring pads have inconsistent thickness and hardness, resulting in inconsistent die-cutting effects at the edges and the middle of the width, causing problems such as edge cutting not through and middle cutting through the base paper, significantly increasing material waste.
