Analysis of the Core Technology Upgrade of Knife Plate Spring Pad and Indentation Line

The technological upgrade of die plate spring pads focuses on three core pain points: "precise rebound accuracy, wear resistance, and adaptability". Traditional spring pads generally have problems such as uneven rebound, easy aging at high temperatures, and single adaptability. We have overcome the limitations of traditional foaming processes through our independently developed "precise foaming control technology", which can precisely control the density of the spring pad within 0.8-1.2g/cm³, with rebound rate fluctuations controlled within ±3%. This ensures uniform rebound during high-speed die-cutting and avoids die-cutting defects caused by rebound deviations. At the same time, we have upgraded the "composite modification technology", adding special modification components to polyurethane and EVA raw materials, which improves the wear resistance by 40% and optimizes the high-temperature performance, enabling the spring pads to adapt to high-temperature production environments of 60-80℃, avoiding aging and deformation caused by long-term high-temperature operation. Additionally, we have developed "multi-scenario adaptation technology", adjusting the raw material formula and foaming process to create a series of spring pads such as universal, precise, and high-temperature-resistant types, suitable for different die molds, different equipment, and different processing materials, without the need to frequently adjust the adaptation parameters. 

The technological upgrade of the indentation lines focuses on breaking through three core technologies: "precision control, adhesive durability, and wear resistance". To address the issues of large size errors in traditional indentation lines, easy peeling of the back adhesive, and easy wear on the surface, we have introduced "precise numerical control processing technology", using imported numerical control equipment to control the size error of the indentation lines within 0.03mm, far exceeding industry standards, ensuring precise indentation without deviation. We have also upgraded the "high-temperature curing back adhesive technology", optimizing the adhesive formula, and through the high-temperature curing process, making the back adhesive adhere more tightly to the substrate, with long-lasting adhesion. It does not peel or shift in high-speed die-cutting or high-temperature working environments, and there are no residues after disassembly, without damaging the die mold. Additionally, we have adopted "surface hardening treatment technology", performing special hardening treatment on the surface of the indentation lines, increasing the hardness by 30% and significantly enhancing wear resistance, reducing surface wear and burrs caused by long-term use, extending the service life, and lowering replacement costs.
