Raw material selection: The foundation of quality begins with high-quality raw materials. We have established a strict raw material procurement and selection system, rejecting inferior raw materials from entering the production process. The core raw materials of knife template pads (polyurethane, EVA) all come from well-known suppliers worldwide, and undergo multiple tests to ensure that the material purity, elasticity, and wear resistance meet the standards, without any odor or harmful substances, and meet the environmental protection and safety requirements of different industries; the indentation lines use high-quality substrates and imported high-strength adhesive, with substrate hardness meeting standards and strong toughness, and adhesive stickiness lasting and no residue, ensuring that the indentation lines are firmly attached and not prone to falling off, while the surface is smooth and free of impurities, guaranteeing the indentation effect.
Production and Processing: Precise craftsmanship creates high-quality products. We have introduced imported production equipment and advanced production technologies, and formed a professional production team. Each process has strict operation standards. The knife plate elastic pads adopt an independent foaming process, precisely controlling the foaming temperature and time to ensure uniform product density and stable rebound. After foaming, it undergoes uniform cutting and virtual connection processing, which is convenient for customers to install and use. At the same time, the size error is precisely controlled, with all specifications not exceeding 0.1mm. The indentation lines adopt a precise processing method. First, the base material is cut and polished to remove burrs, then imported back adhesives are pasted, and after high-temperature pressing, it ensures a tight adhesion between the back adhesive and the base material without peeling or warping. Finally, the specifications are precisely cut to meet the usage needs of different customers.
Quality Inspection: Thorough control at every stage to prevent unqualified products from leaving the factory. We have established a complete quality inspection system, set up a dedicated inspection department, equipped with professional inspection equipment and personnel. From the entry of raw materials to the final production of finished products, we conduct continuous inspections and traceability throughout the process. When raw materials enter the factory, we inspect their materials and performance indicators. Unqualified raw materials are strictly rejected; during the production process, we conduct sampling inspections at each step of foaming, cutting, trimming, and pasting, promptly identifying and resolving production issues; before the finished products leave the factory, we conduct comprehensive inspections on each batch of products, including size accuracy, rebound rate, stickiness, and wear resistance, and only allow them to leave the factory if the inspections are合格. This ensures the stable and reliable quality of the products.
