The knife plate spring pad and the indentation line unlock a new experience in multi-industry die-cutting and molding.

Die-cutting technology is widely applied in various industries such as packaging, electronics, printing, and sheet metal processing. The processing requirements, material characteristics, and precision standards vary significantly across different industries, and the requirements for the punch plate spring pad and the die line also differ. As a source factory of die template materials, we base our products on the needs of multiple industry scenarios, optimize product performance, and refine specifications and models to ensure that the punch plate spring pad and die line precisely fit the production of each industry, unlocking a new experience of efficient, precise, and stable die-cutting.

The packaging industry is the core application scenario for punch plate spring pads and die lines, covering sub-sectors such as corrugated cardboard boxes, color boxes, high-end gift boxes, and food packaging. For batch production of corrugated cardboard boxes, we optimize the wear resistance of the punch plate spring pad, select high-elasticity EVA material, which can withstand high-frequency punching, reducing the frequency of replacement, and at the same time, combine double-line die lines to make the corrugated paper creases smooth and less prone to cracking, enhancing the aesthetic appearance of packaging; for high-end gift boxes (cosmetics boxes, gift boxes), we select polyurethane material for the punch plate spring pad, with precise rebound and no deformation, effectively avoiding white edges and rough edges on the surface of the gift box, and combining refined PVC die lines to precisely control the width of the creases, meeting the appearance requirements of high-end gift boxes; for food packaging, the products all use environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials, in line with the standards for food contact packaging materials, without odor or volatility, ensuring the safety of food packaging.

The electronics industry has extremely high requirements for die-cutting accuracy. It is mainly used for die-cutting processing of electronic accessories (such as self-adhesive materials, foam, insulating sheets). We have specially developed high-precision die-cutting pad for knives, precisely controlling the density and thickness errors. The error is no more than 0.1mm, with uniform rebound, which can be adapted to laser knife molds and etching knife molds. This ensures that the edges of the electronic accessory die-cutting are smooth, without burrs, and the dimensions are precise. Combined with micro indentation lines, it precisely adapts to the lightweight and thin characteristics of electronic accessories, avoiding deep indentation that may cause material damage, while ensuring clear indentation and facilitating subsequent assembly.

Furthermore, in the printing industry, our die plate spring pads and embossing lines are suitable for cutting various paper materials such as posters, albums, and instruction manuals, reducing paper waste and improving cutting efficiency. In the sheet metal industry, for thin metal sheet cutting, we optimize the compressive resistance of the die plate spring pads and combine them with wear-resistant embossing lines to prevent metal sheet deformation due to embossing, ensuring cutting accuracy. No matter in which industry or in which scenario, we can provide product solutions that are suitable for all situations. At the same time, we support customization as per customer specific processing requirements, adjusting product materials, specifications, and performance to ensure that each product can precisely match the production needs.
