Knife plate elastic pad + indentation line | Strengthen the foundation of die-cutting process, enhance the efficiency and quality of packaging production

In the fields of printing packaging, sheet metal processing, and die-cutting molding, the quality of die-cutting tool materials directly determines production efficiency, product qualification rate, and overall cost. As a leading factory specializing in die-cutting tool materials, we always focus on material innovation and process improvement, concentrating on the research and production of two core products: die-cutting plate spring pads and indentation lines. With high-performance solutions, we address the production pain points in the industry and help various enterprises achieve efficient production.

Die-cutting plate spring pads, as the "invisible hero" of die-cutting processes, may seem small but directly affect the die-cutting accuracy and equipment wear. We have abandoned the shortcomings of ordinary EVA materials and selected high-purity polyurethane and high-rubber-content EVA as the core raw materials. Through our independent foaming process, we precisely control the density, making the product density reach about 1000 grams per square meter, with an elasticity rate of over 45%, far exceeding the industry average. The service life can easily withstand more than 300,000 stamping operations, effectively reducing the time cost and material cost of frequent replacement of consumables [1][5]. To address common industry pain points such as sticking knives, shifting, and white edges, we specially adopt a surface release non-stick design, fundamentally solving the problems of waste material adhesion and board creasing. The bottom oil-based double-sided adhesive ensures that the spring pad does not shift during the high-speed operation of the press machine, even with a deviation of 1 millimeter, it can effectively avoid it, minimizing the risk of batch scrap [1].

The indentation lines serve as the "precise gauge" for die-cutting, and their accuracy directly determines the product's forming effect and appearance. We strictly follow the national industry standard SN/T 0262, controlling the width error of the indentation groove within 2%, which is far superior to the industry average error level. This effectively avoids product scrapping caused by irregular indentations and position deviations [3]. The product uses imported high-strength adhesive, which can firmly adhere to the base mold and does not fall off or shift during high-speed die-cutting. The special adhesive tape completely covers the base mold, ensuring long-lasting adhesion. At the same time, it is made of high-quality materials, with a polished surface without burrs, which can effectively reduce paper and sheet metal indentation and cracking phenomena, and is suitable for processing requirements of different thicknesses and materials [3].

Having been deeply involved in the industry for many years, we are well aware of the significant differences in die-cutting requirements across various scenarios. Whether it is the mass production of conventional packaging such as corrugated cartons and color boxes, or the precise processing of high-end gift boxes, electronic accessories, and precision sheet metal, our die plates and indent lines can be precisely adapted. When these two products are used together, they can achieve integrated and efficient die-cutting and indenting operations, reducing machine adjustment time, improving production continuity, and helping enterprises reduce overall losses and enhance product competitiveness. As a source factory, we eliminate the intermediate trading环节, directly delivering products to customers at the factory price. At the same time, we provide flexible customization services, using professional products and considerate services to become trusted partners for various enterprises in terms of die mold materials.
