Large-scale special-shaped gift boxes (such as large gift boxes, home appliance gift boxes, special-shaped cultural and creative gift boxes), with large surface dimensions, irregular contours, and complex structures, the core pain points during die-cutting are local crushing, size deviations, edge burrs, incomplete joint cutting, and conventional elastic pads do not fit tightly, with uneven pressure transmission, making it difficult to meet the die-cutting requirements of large-scale special-shaped contours, resulting in a high defect rate. In terms of customization and structural design, a modular connection + gradient buffering structure is adopted. According to the size of the contours of large-scale special-shaped gift boxes, multiple compatible modules are split, and the shape of the elastic pads is precisely customized 1:1. The joint connection is tightly fitted, without pressure loss, which is convenient for transportation and installation and can ensure uniform pressure throughout the plate; the gradient buffering structure is divided into a flexible bonding layer, an equalizing rebound layer, and a rigid supporting layer. The flexible layer bonds to the special-shaped contours of the gift box to avoid crushing; the rebound layer ensures thorough die-cutting, and the supporting layer maintains the overall stability and prevents size deviations.

Large-scale precision cutting equipment is used, with the contour error of the elastic pad controlled within ±0.02mm, no burrs or warping edges at the joint, and seamless connection at the joint; for the force-concentrated areas such as the corners and arcs of the gift box, the local hardness is optimized to improve the supportability, avoiding local cutting failure and edge burrs. After a large-scale home appliance gift box enterprise applied this solution, the defect rate of large-scale special-shaped gift box die-cutting dropped from 10% to 0.5%, the size deviation was controlled within ±0.05mm, the joint die-cut was smooth, and the production efficiency increased by 35%, completely solving the problem of large-scale special-shaped die-cutting.
