Food anti-oil paper (such as baking anti-oil paper, absorbent paper, and food packaging oil paper) is widely used in pastry, fried food, and cooked food packaging. The core requirements are smooth cutting without burrs, no adhesion, and no migration of harmful substances. The conventional elastic pads have insufficient anti-adhesion performance and may release harmful substances, which can cause the anti-oil paper to stick to the elastic pads, have edge burrs, and even contaminate the food, making it difficult to meet the compliance requirements of food packaging. In terms of material and compliance control, food contact grade non-migrating elastic base materials are selected, which do not contain plasticizers, heavy metals, or odor additives. They have passed GB 4806 and FDA food grade certification, with no small molecule migration or harmful residues, and can directly come into contact with food anti-oil paper. The production process is completed in a 10,000-level clean workshop, with no bacteria or dust pollution, avoiding contamination of the anti-oil paper. The material's anti-adhesion performance is optimized, and a food-grade anti-adhesion coating is used on the surface, with a friction coefficient of less than 0.07, completely solving the problem of anti-oil paper sticking to the elastic pads and edge burrs. At the same time, it avoids coating migration and contamination of the food.
In terms of structure and process design, for the thin and easily tearable characteristics of food anti-oil paper, a low hardness and high rebound formula (Shore A 40-45) is adopted to buffer pressure gently and avoid the tearing of the anti-oil paper and edge burrs. A multi-thickness specification of 0.6-1.2mm is launched, with thickness error controlled within ±0.03mm, suitable for the cutting needs of different thickness anti-oil papers. The edge of the elastic pad is treated with low-temperature passivation sealing, without burrs or debris, avoiding contamination of the food anti-oil paper. After applying this solution, the cutting adhesion rate of food anti-oil paper in a certain baking packaging enterprise dropped from 9% to 0.2%, and the edge burr rate dropped to 0.1%. It successfully passed the food packaging compliance review without any food contamination complaints.
