In terms of precision optimization, a nano-level high-precision forming process is adopted, with the thickness error of the spring clip controlled within ±0.01mm, and the hardness fluctuation of the same plate ≤1 Shore A, ensuring precise die-cutting dimensions, and meeting the fine knife line requirements of micro-component packaging (knife line width ≤0.5mm); a high-density homogeneous base material is selected, with an elastic recovery rate of over 98% and a compression permanent deformation rate of ≤2%, ensuring uniform pressure transmission and avoiding excessive pressure causing cut edge burrs, size deviations, and waste blockage, achieving neat and smooth cut edges.
