The easy-tear openings and strips are essential structures for food bags, medicine bags, and daily care packaging, requiring precise and consistent cutting depths - cutting too deeply leads to powder and gas leakage, while cutting too shallow makes it impossible to tear; the rough edges also affect the user experience. The conventional elastic pads have uneven pressure distribution and large rebound fluctuations, which can cause the depth of the easy-tear openings on the entire sheet to vary unpredictably, making it impossible to achieve a stable half-cutting effect. The core technology adopts a gradient micro-buffer structure: the upper layer is a low-hardness flexible contact layer, which gently receives the material and avoids over-cutting caused by instantaneous high pressure; the middle layer is an equal stress layer, which evenly distributes the die-cutting pressure to each easy-tear knife line, ensuring uniform depth throughout the sheet; the lower layer is a rigid shaping layer, which limits the maximum cutting depth to prevent the die plate from sinking and over-cutting. The three layers are integrated and formed by compression, without layering or detachment, with linearly controllable stress transfer, and is particularly suitable for continuous half-cutting processes.
The material is selected from high-recovery and low-deformation elastomers, which have stable rebound responses and can maintain consistent cutting depths each time during high-speed sheet die-cutting; the surface is treated with low-friction anti-stick processing to avoid the deformation of the soft packaging film or composite film caused by the elastic pad sticking to the elastic pad during tearing; it offers a refined selection range of 0.4-1.0mm in thickness, which can be directly matched with the material thickness and half-cutting depth requirements. After being applied by a certain snack food soft packaging enterprise, the depth defect rate of the easy-tear openings decreased from 9% to 0.4%, the tearing smoothness rate reached 100%, there were no leakage packages or difficult-tearing issues, and the qualified rate of the finished product inspection reached 100%.
