Transparent films (such as PET transparent films, PVC heat shrink films, PE protective films) are widely used in high-end gift boxes, electronic product packaging, and food transparent packaging, etc. The core pain points of these films are that they are prone to surface scratches during die-cutting, fogging on the film surface after die-cutting, edge burrs, and poor disconnection and waste disposal. The conventional elastic pads have a relatively high surface hardness and insufficient anti-adhesion performance, which can easily damage the glossiness of the transparent film surface and are difficult to meet the high-quality die-cutting requirements of the transparent film. In terms of material optimization, high-transparent and wear-resistant elastic materials are used, and nano anti-scratch components are added. The surface hardness of the elastic pad is controlled between Shore A 45-50, which not only has sufficient rebound support but also avoids indirect scratching of the transparent film surface by the blade; the surface is coated with a special anti-fog coating, which can effectively suppress the heat-induced fogging during die-cutting, ensuring the transparent film surface is smooth and transparent without fog marks, while improving the anti-adhesion performance, with the friction coefficient reduced to below 0.06, completely solving the problem of transparent film sticking to the elastic pad. In terms of structural and process compatibility, for the characteristics of transparent films being thin, easy to stretch, and prone to deformation, ultra-thin elastic pads with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm are launched, with a thickness error controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring uniform pressure transmission and avoiding film material stretching and deformation; the edge of the elastic pad has no burrs or curled edges, and is precisely matched with the knife plate, eliminating missed cutting and multiple cutting resulting in edge burrs. For different types of transparent films (PET hard film, PE soft film), differentiated hardness compatibility is provided. PET film is compatible with medium hardness elastic pads, and PE film is compatible with low hardness and high rebound elastic pads, without the need for repeated adjustments. After a high-end gift box enterprise applied this solution, the scratch rate of transparent film die-cutting dropped from 7% to 0.1%, the rate of no fog marks on the film surface reached 100%, the waste disposal efficiency increased by 35%, and it perfectly met the quality requirements of high-end transparent packaging.
