Shenhua Printing Plate and Die Pad: An upgraded environmentally friendly and recyclable version, embodying the concept of green production.

With increasingly strict global environmental protection policies, printing and packaging enterprises are accelerating their green transformation, and the requirements for the recyclability and environmental friendliness of die-cutting consumables are constantly rising. The conventional recyclable rubber pads have problems such as low recycling utilization rate, cumbersome recycling process, and severe performance degradation after recycling, making them unable to meet the green production needs of enterprises. Shenzhou Printing Materials has upgraded the original recycling system and introduced environmentally friendly recyclable rubber pads, optimized the recycling process, and improved the recycling utilization rate and performance. They have created a "production - use - recycling - regeneration" green closed loop, helping enterprises implement the green production concept.

In terms of the upgrade of recyclable materials, they use fully recyclable biobased elastic materials, with natural rubber and corn starch as the core raw materials, eliminating non-recyclable synthetic additives, so that the rubber pads can be 100% recycled and reused, with a recycling utilization rate of over 90%, which is 10 percentage points higher than that of conventional recyclable rubber pads; they optimize the material formula, and the recycled rubber pads have performance reaching the standard of general-purpose rubber pads, with an elasticity rate of ≥ 92% and a compression permanent deformation rate of ≤ 7%, which can be used in common die-cutting scenarios (such as ordinary cartons and turnover boxes), achieving the recycling reuse of consumables.

In terms of the recycling and regeneration process, they upgrade the "physical crushing + high-temperature purification + formula reconstruction" regeneration process, removing impurities and worn parts from the used rubber pads, reconstructing the molecular chain structure of the materials, and improving the performance stability of the regenerated rubber pads; they improve the recycling network, adding 20 new recycling points across the country, providing free on-site recycling and online appointment recycling services, simplifying the customer recycling process; they launch the "regeneration incentive plan", where customers can receive higher amounts of purchase coupons and cash deductions when returning used rubber pads, encouraging customers to actively participate in recycling.
