High-end gift boxes, beauty product packaging, and precision electronic labels extensively use small rounded corners (R ≤ 1mm), tiny hollows, and narrow ribbed structures. These positions are the areas where die-cutting accuracy is most critical. Conventional spring pads are prone to local collapse and delayed rebound at small radius cutting lines, resulting in rounded corner deformation, hollow connection points, and rib edge burrs. At the microscopic accuracy level, using high-density homogeneous materials eliminates local uneven hardness. The hardness fluctuation of the same layout is ≤ 1 Shore A. Combined with ultra-precise cutting technology, the edge error of the spring pad and the parting surface is controlled within ±0.01mm. It achieves high-precision adhesion with small rounded corners, tiny hollows, and cutting lines, avoiding contour deformation caused by spring pad size deviations.
