The back adhesive of the knife plate spring pad has failed, which is a common production hazard frequently encountered in the packaging factory: the back adhesive melts and slides in high-temperature workshops, detaches in high-humidity environments, does not stick firmly to aluminum knife plates, and is difficult to clean the residual adhesive after frequent production changes. Most manufacturers only provide a single type of back adhesive, which cannot adapt to complex working conditions. Deephua Printing Materials has established a full-scenario back adhesive customization system, matching dedicated back adhesives based on working conditions, knife plate materials, and usage cycles, to solve various problems related to adhesion and removal at their root.

For high-temperature die-cutting and laminating heat processing workshops, a high-temperature-modified acrylic back adhesive is used, which does not leak, flow, or shift even at temperatures above 80°C, and is suitable for long-term continuous production. For southern high-humidity and coastal high-salt spray environments, a moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant back adhesive is used, maintaining stable peel strength in environments with humidity above 75% and without blistering or delamination. For difficult-to-adhere substrates such as aluminum knife plates and mirror knife plates, a high-adhesion dedicated back adhesive is selected, ensuring secure adhesion without corroding the surface oxide layer of the knife plate.

For scenarios with multiple varieties and small batches, and frequent production changes, a reusable and low-residue back adhesive that can be repeatedly peeled off is launched. After peeling, there is basically no adhesive residue, and the knife plate does not need to be repeatedly wiped and cleaned, significantly reducing the cleaning time for production changes. For one-time long-term use scenarios, a strong and permanent back adhesive is provided, without warping or shifting throughout the process, suitable for large-scale continuous production. At the same time, a back adhesive-free spring pad is provided for customers to use their own base adhesives. After being applied by multiple multi-category packaging factories, the defect rate caused by adhesive slipping and detachment decreased by 85%, the cleaning time for production changes was reduced by 60%, and the maintenance cost of the knife plate was significantly reduced.
