The degradation rate is over 90%, and the degradation cycle is controlled within 180-270 days. After degradation, there are no harmful residues and they can be converted into organic fertilizers, truly achieving "originating from nature and returning to nature". At the same time, through formula optimization, the core performance of the degradable pads is not inferior to that of conventional pads. The rebound rate is ≥ 92%, the compression permanent deformation rate is ≤ 6%, and the service life can reach over 80% of that of conventional pads, fully meeting the requirements of common cutting scenarios.

In terms of environmental compliance, the degradable pads have passed the EU OK compost degradable certification and the US ASTM D6400 degradable standard certification, meeting the requirements of green packaging consumables at home and abroad. They can be directly used in scenarios with strict environmental protection requirements such as food, medicine, and environmental protection packaging. According to different cutting needs, a degradable pad classification scheme has been launched: high-end precision cutting is suitable for degradable precision grade pads, common cutting is suitable for degradable general grade pads, and low-cost requirements are suitable for degradable economic grade pads, meeting the green transformation needs of different customers.
