During the recycling process, the used spring pads are classified and sorted into three categories: "can be directly recycled", "needs repair and recycling", and "cannot be recycled". This ensures the targeted and efficient processing in the future.
At the level of regeneration utilization, Shenzhou Printing Materials has upgraded the regeneration process and adopted the "physical crushing + high-temperature purification + formulation optimization" technology to process the directly recyclable used spring pads. Impurities are removed, elasticity is restored, and the performance of the recycled spring pads reaches the standard of economy-type spring pads, which can be used in low-precision die-cutting scenarios (such as ordinary cartons and turnover boxes). For the used spring pads that need repair and recycling, surface grinding, edge trimming, and re-coating of the back adhesive are carried out, and they are reused in regular die-cutting scenarios, with the recycling rate reaching over 80%. For the unusable used spring pads, they are entrusted to an institution with environmental protection qualifications for harmless thermal decomposition treatment, extracting usable energy and achieving zero pollution emissions.
