Flexible packaging (such as plastic soft packaging, aluminum foil composite film, self-standing bags, etc.) enjoys advantages like lightness, moisture-proofing, and easy storage, and is widely used in industries such as food, cosmetics, and medicine. These materials have characteristics of being thin, tough, and easily stretchable. For materials prone to scratching, such as aluminum foil composite film, the surface roughness of the cushion pad is optimized, the friction coefficient is controlled within 0.1, combined with special anti-adhesion coatings, reducing friction damage between the cushion pad and the membrane material, and preventing the membrane material from adhering to the cushion pad surface, thereby improving the waste removal efficiency.
In terms of structural design, for the narrow knife lines and fine patterns required in flexible packaging die-cutting, ultra-thin precision cutting technology is adopted, and the thickness of the cushion pad can be customized to 0.3-1.0mm, with a thickness error of ±0.02mm, ensuring precise adhesion to the narrow knife lines and avoiding missed cuts and multiple cuts. For the die-cutting of self-standing bags and irregularly shaped soft packaging, custom-shaped cushion pads are used, with a round corner transition design to prevent sharp cushion pad edges from scratching the membrane material, while also improving the smoothness of the die-cut edge. After being applied by a certain food soft packaging enterprise, the defective rate of flexible packaging die-cutting decreased from 6% to 0.3%, the waste removal efficiency increased by 35%, and it fully met the quality requirements of high-end flexible packaging.
