Shenhua Printing Plate and Die Pad Anti-Falling Device: Emergency Inventory Provision and Supply Chain Resilience Assurance Solution

Chemical packaging is often exposed to corrosive media such as acids, bases, and organic solvents. Conventional knife plate spring pads are prone to swelling, hardening, and adhesive failure in such scenarios, resulting in decreased die-cutting accuracy and a significant reduction in service life. Deephua Printing Materials, in response to the special requirements of chemical packaging, has modified the material formula to introduce a special knife plate spring pad with chemical resistance, enabling long-term stable application under corrosive conditions.

In terms of breakthroughs in chemical resistance technology, Deephua Printing Materials has abandoned traditional natural rubber materials and selected a modified material made from a blend of fluorine rubber and nitrile rubber. This material exhibits excellent resistance to acids and bases as well as common organic solvents, and can withstand the erosion of solutions with a concentration of ≤ 10% and common alcohols/esters. After testing, the spring pad, when immersed in a 20% sulfuric acid solution for 72 hours, has a volume change rate of ≤ 2% and a hardness change of ≤ 3 Shore A, which is far superior to the industry average. At the same time, the adhesive formula has been optimized, and a chemical-resistant acrylic adhesive is used, ensuring stable adhesion in corrosive environments and preventing the spring pad from falling off the knife plate.

For different chemical packaging scenarios, Deephua Printing Materials provides differentiated solutions. For thick composite bags such as pesticide packaging and fertilizer packaging, high-hardness chemical-resistant spring pads (Shore A 65-70) are provided to withstand high-intensity die-cutting pressure while resisting the erosion of packaging residual chemicals. For thin materials such as labels for chemical reagent bottles, ultra-thin chemical-resistant spring pads are customized to ensure neat die-cut edges and prevent failure when in long-term contact with residual solvents from the chemical reagent bottles. After application by a pesticide packaging enterprise, the service life of the spring pad was extended from 7 days to 30 days, and the overall cost of the die-cutting process was reduced by 60%. In addition, Shenhua Impression Materials also provides chemical resistance testing services for chemical industry customers. Based on the specific chemical media that the customers come into contact with, they customize exclusive material formulas to ensure a precise match between the elastic pads and the working conditions.
