Using laser engraving technology to create fine and uniform anti-slip patterns on the surface of the spring pad, with the pattern depth controlled at 0.1-0.2mm, it can not only enhance the bonding friction between the spring pad and the knife plate, preventing the spring pad from shifting during die-cutting, but also avoid paper accumulation due to excessive pattern depth, combined with high-viscosity back adhesive, providing dual guarantees for bonding stability, suitable for fine-pattern die-cutting.
