For different types of die-cutting tools (such as carbon steel die-cutting tools and high-speed steel die-cutting tools), Shenhua Printing Materials matches differentiated hardness and rebound parameters for the spring pads. Carbon steel die-cutting tools have strong toughness but slightly lower hardness, which are suitable for the hardness spring pads (Shore A 50-55) in Shenhua Printing Materials. The uniform rebound of the spring pad can buffer the die-cutting pressure, preventing the carbon steel tool from chipping or deforming due to excessive force; high-speed steel die-cutting tools have high hardness and excellent wear resistance, but relatively obvious brittleness. They are paired with low-hardness and high-rebound spring pads (Shore A 40-45), which can effectively disperse the die-cutting impact force and reduce the risk of chipping of the high-speed steel tool.
At the level of specification coordination, Shenhua Printing Materials precisely adjusts the thickness and surface texture of the spring pad according to the height and tooth design of the die-cutting tool. For high-edge die-cutting tools, the thickness of the matching spring pad is increased by 0.2-0.5mm to ensure that the spring pad can fully fill the gap in the die-cutting tool plate, preventing material movement; for fine-tooth die-cutting tools, the surface of the spring pad adopts a fine anti-slip texture design to enhance the adhesion with the tool body and prevent the spring pad from shifting during die-cutting, ensuring the die-cutting accuracy of fine patterns.
