Each batch of finished products must first undergo a full inspection by automated testing equipment, covering items such as size accuracy, thickness uniformity, and surface flatness; after the full inspection is passed, 5% of the samples from the batch will be randomly selected for destructive tests, including ultimate pressure tests, aging tests, and wear resistance tests, to verify the long-term performance of the products. All inspection items have clear qualification standards, and the inspection data are promptly entered into the quality management system. If any non-conforming products are found, the entire batch of products must be re-evaluated and handled, and non-conforming products must be strictly prevented from leaving the factory.
