In terms of process adaptation, Shenhua Printing Materials has introduced special CNC cutting technology, combined with meticulous manual polishing, to ensure that the edge of the elastic pad perfectly matches the special-shaped die plate. The cutting error is controlled within ±0.03mm, avoiding misalignment in die cutting due to the deviation of the elastic pad size. At the same time, for the local parts that undergo frequent friction during the special-shaped die cutting process, a surface strengthening treatment process is adopted to increase the wear resistance by more than 30% in this area, extending the overall service life of the elastic pad and avoiding the need for overall replacement due to excessive local wear, thereby reducing the cost of enterprise spare parts.
