For the dimensional accuracy and surface flatness of the spring pad, CNC cutting equipment and grinding processes are introduced. The cutting error can be controlled within ±0.05mm, and the surface roughness is ≤Ra0.8μm, ensuring a perfect fit between the spring pad and the knife plate and avoiding the problem of uneven pressure during die-cutting. In addition, Shenhua Printing Materials has innovatively adopted the "secondary vulcanization" process to further enhance the heat resistance and fatigue resistance of the elastic pads, ensuring that the products can maintain stable performance even in long-term high-frequency die-cutting scenarios.
