Precise shaping ensures that the packaging creases are both aesthetically pleasing and resilient

In the production of packaged products, the creasing line is the "soul component" that determines the packaging forming effect. High-quality creasing can make the packaging box fold flat and the corners crisp, enhancing the product grade. Poor-quality creasing lines often result in creases that are too shallow and prone to breakage, or too deep and prone to damage. This not only affects the appearance but also reduces the practicality of the packaging. As a manufacturer specializing in the research and production of creasing lines, we are well aware of the core demands of packaging enterprises for "precise creasing and stable durability". The creasing line series products we have launched are strictly controlled from material to process, empowering packaging quality.

Our indentation lines are made of high-strength alloy steel as the base material and undergo carburizing and quenching treatment. The surface hardness reaches over HRC55, far exceeding the durability of ordinary carbon steel indentation lines. Even after 200,000 processing times, they can still maintain a clear indentation contour, reducing the cost loss caused by frequent replacement. For paper and cardboard of different thicknesses, we have designed various specifications of creasing rounded corners. For 80-157g coated paper, R0.3mm small rounded corners are selected, ensuring fine creasing without thread breakage. For 200-400g white card paper, pair it with R0.5mm rounded corners to ensure smooth folding. For corrugated cardboard of the same thickness, R0.8mm large fillet is adopted to prevent delamination of the cardboard at the crease.

In addition to its outstanding basic performance, our creasing line also has many detailed advantages: the surface is polished, smooth and free of burrs, which can effectively prevent scratches on the paper surface. It is particularly suitable for high-end gift packaging, cosmetic packaging and other scenarios with high appearance requirements. The arc-shaped transition design is adopted on both sides of the indentation line to reduce friction with the knife plate and extend the service life of the knife plate. At the same time, it supports customizing the length and cross-sectional shape of the creasing line according to the special packaging dimensions of customers, meeting the production requirements of irregular-shaped packaging and customized gift boxes. From daily express delivery boxes to high-end luxury packaging, our creasing lines, with their precise shaping capabilities, make every crease a testament to quality.
